👀 SUPER-COOL: Las Vegas may be getting another really cool development as a potential project has been announced south of the famous “Welcome To Las Vegas” sign that would include a 50,000 seat soccer/concert stadium, a 25,000-seat NBA/NHL arena, casinos, hotels, etc. Let’s see if it gets built.
