Birmingham-based Hoar Construction has a cool project going in Houston. The RO mixed-used development spans 17 acres at the intersection of Alabama Street & Buffalo Speedway near the really great River Oaks community. Hoar is building The Birdsall – a 34-story, luxury hotel & high-end condo tower – as part of that development. It is expected to deliver late next year.
