Glad to be back with more HIGH-FIVES this Friday. Let’s start celebrating:
🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Jamie Black with Black Family Restaurants (McDonald’s) is the new Board Chair for Make-A-Wish Alabama. Black Family Restaurants do a ton for the community. She will do a fantastic job.
🤩 HIGH-FIVE: The Flora-Bama on hosting a private Kenny Chesney concert sponsored by SiriusXM Saturday night. SiriusXM subscribers had a chance to win tickets through them to celebrate 10-years of the No Shoes Radio channel on their platform. If you don’t win a ticket through SiriusXM, you can still go and have a great time watching a live-stream, you just won’t be in the room to see Kenny live. Love this idea and the Flora-Bama continues to be legendary.
🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Dothan’s LBA Hospitality & President Beau Benton on welcoming their latest property, the new Hyatt Studios in Jacksonville, FL.
🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Bham-based Milo’s Hamburgers on celebrating 80 years of making some fantastic food & countless memories across their footprint. It is a treasure now spanning 24 locations. So good. Go get some!
🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Buffalo Rock Company on opening their new corporate HQ building off Lakeshore Drive in Birmingham. I spent one of my favorite summers working for them in the warehouse. Great company. Great future.
