👷 Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is working on The Grounds, a 100-acre sports and entertainment district near Wake Forest University. Eventually, it will include office, a retail village, student housing, restaurants and outdoor amenities. It’s pretty awesome.
👷 James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Company, Inc. has topped out the new 152,000 sq ft Ashe Middle School they are working on for Ashe County Schools
👷 Sumter, SC’s Thompson Turner topped out May River Elementary (future home of the Manatees!) for the Beaufort County School District.
👷 Kernesville Fourth Elm Construction is transforming a former movie theater in Greensboro into a 105,532 sq ft self-storage facility.
👷 Barnhill has been working on a new Andretti Indoor Karting & Games location in Durham.
👷 Charleston’s Greenlee Construction has been busy with several projects including a new Hallmark store build-out and a historic-remodel job.
👷 Ladson, SC-based Frampton Construction is finishing up the new 110,000 sq ft Wegmans Food Markets in Ballantyne.
👷 Greenville’s Caldwell Constructors is finishing up their Bank of Travelers Rest – Member FDIC job in Simpsonville.
👷 RSG Construction Collaborative completed their buildout for IMA Financial Group’s office space in Morrisville, NC.
👷 Mashburn Construction topped out their Saint Peter’s Church project.
👷 Cohn Construction delivered the new Macie & MIlo’s Brew Pub in Lexington, a 4.32-acre project designed as an off-leash dog park & sports bar.
👷 Edifice Construction delivered the new 28,000 sq ft Fire Department HQ for the Town of Pineville.
👷 Blum Construction completed renovations to HomeTrust Park for the City of Asheville and the Asheville Tourists!
👷 C. Herman Construction, LLC topped out the 250-unit, William E. Murray apartment project in Charleston.
