👷 Chattanooga-based EMJ completed the new BJ’s Wholesale Club in Waxahachie, TX.

👷 Franklin’s RYZEC BUILDING GROUP, LLC recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of their Grand Wash project in Smyna.

👷 Brentwood-based BELL Construction is working on the new 13,600 sq ft location for United Rentals over in Lebanon.

👷 Skanska continues work on the great, new City Hall project in downtown Franklin.

👷 Solomon Builders wrapped up the The Bordeaux Collaboration project, a 9,000 sq ft space

👷 Charter Construction is working on The Motley at 1401 Church Street in Midtown Nashville for IPB Properties. Another great project bringing residential, retail and continued energy to the area.

👷 JENKINS & STILES, LLC finished up the new ORNL Federal Credit Union in Oak Ridge.

👷 Hardaway Construction Corp. recently finished up their Park24 project, a 140-unit multi-family development in Nashville’s McFerrin Park neighborhood.

👷 Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. is involved with the South Terminal Ramp Rehab project at the Chattanooga Airport.

👷 Layton Construction is doing a great job bringing the 32-story Ray Nashville project to life in the Pie Town area of Nashville.

👷 Johnson & Galyon Construction recently finished up their work on the new Sevier County Courts Building and it is open for business. Looks great!

👷 Montgomery Martin Contractors completed The Flyway at Tom Lee Park in Memphis.

👷 Walker General Contractors recently completed a tenant build-out for ZüpMed in East Memphis. It’s a good looking space.

👷 BurWil Construction Company Inc. is working on a new location for Mountain Motorsports in Bristol.

👷 Bham’s Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC continues work on Tennessee’s soon-to-be tallest building, The Paramount, in Nashville.

👷 T.U. Parks Construction Company recently finished their CHI Memorial Emergency Department project in Chattanooga.
