👷 Wilmington’s Thomas Construction Group has broken ground on the new, freestanding, Grand Strand Medical Center – HCA Rivertown Emergency Department in Conway, SC.
👷 Summerville, SC-based Robbins Construction Group completed a new 138,000 sq ft location for The Home Depot in Charlottesville, VA.
👷Charlotte’s Shelco, LLC has been working with Appalachian State University on a 275,000 sq ft building at their Hickory campus that will include space for a new health sciences program.
👷 Ladson, SC’s Frampton Construction started work on the 225,401 sq ft Blue Ridge Commerce Center Phase II project in Flat Rock, NC for Oppidan Investment Company.
👷 Rocky Mount, NC-based Barnhill broke ground on the new 59,386 sq ft, Frederick Douglass Elementary School for Wilson County Schools – NC.
