👷 Bham’s Hoar Construction is getting into their ICON Tallahassee project, doing foundation work on what will end up being a 9 & 1/2 story building with 2 levels of underground parking.
👷 Roger K.. & Roger B. Kennedy Construction is working on Wekiva Ranch, a 368-unit townhome-style apartment project including 35,000 sq ft of retail space, in Apopka for Wingspan Development Group.
👷 CBI General Contractors, Inc. completed the new O’Reilly Auto Parts in Brandon, FL.
👷Dominguez Design-Build, Inc. has been awarded the Repair Tower 1802 project at Tyndall Air Force Base.
👷 Kokolakis Contracting completed The Livery Guesthouse, a very-cool 8-room boutique hotel in downtown Tarpon Springs.
👷 Springer Construction completed the new 45,000 sq ft, Cypress Junction Montessori, Inc. facility in Winter Haven for the 2026-2027 school year.
👷 Turner Construction Company is serving as the CM at Risk (CMAR) and continues work in Orlando on the Orange County Convention Center‘s $560m Grand Concourse Expansion project.
👷 Hanto + Clarke General Contractors, LLC has broken ground on the new MidSouth Bank location in Pensacola.
👷 Waltbillig & Hood | General Contractors, LLC has broken ground on the new 20,000 sq ft, Lee health Outpatient Center at The Forum in Fort Myers. Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP did a great job on design.
👷 Childers Construction Company finished the 2nd Floor Renovation of the Bio Unit One space at Florida State University
👷 Robins & Morton topped out the new 13,000 sq ft AdventHealth Auburndale ER project.
👷 Kast Construction is working on the 27-story, Mr. C Hotel & Residences, that will deliver a 110-room luxury hotel along with 146 high-end residences in downtown West Palm Beach.
👷 Orlando’s T&G Constructors is starting up the Southwood Elementary School Renovation Project for Orange County Public Schools.
👷 Kaufman Lynn Construction has broken ground on the Village of Palm Springs Utilities Operations Building.
👀 AECOM Hunt & Turner Construction Company will be building the new Tampa Bay Rays stadium.
