👷 JESCO, Inc. is working on the new Alabama Statehouse Parking Garage in Montgomery.

👷 In Atlanta, Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC has topped out the 140,000 sq ft, 8-story Georgia State University Research Tower project.

👷 Dawson Building Company completed the new Farm Bowl + Juice location in Hoover, AL’s Knox Square development.

👷 Hoar Construction has broken ground on the 794-bed, Oak Street Residence Hall project for The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

👷 AGX Siteworx is working on the parking lot paving at the new Gulf Shores High School project in Gulf Shores, AL.

👷 BL Harbert International LLC has started on the 52,000 sq ft PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Aiken, SC.

👷 Ethos Contracting Group has just started work on the new 19,000 sq ft, Alpha Chi Omega house at Mississippi State University.

👷 Codaray Construction celebrated the ribbon cutting of the East Central Career & Technical Education Center.

👷 Bayshore Construction is making progress on the Daphne South Elementary School in Baldwin County.

👷Doster Construction Company is working on the Shallowford Pointe residential project in Chattanooga. Should be finished late 2025.

👷 In Orlando, Clancy & Theys Construction Company is kicking off a 631-be student housing development at the University of Central Florida.

👷 MAREN Construction will be doing the build-out for High Country Outfitters Roswell Road expansion in Buckhead.

👷 Albertville’s Jones Contracting, Inc. will be breaking ground on the new T-Hangar project at Guntersville Airport.

👷 Merit Construction, Inc. is progressing on their City Summit project, a 5-story, 89-unit residential development in downtown Knoxville, TN.

👷 Carlisle Construction, LLC is in the middle of the Campus Bookstore Renovation job for Auburn University.
