Sevierville, TN-based D&S Builders has the new Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel getting close to the finish line in downtown Nashville. Opening is scheduled for later this year and accepting reservations now.

This project is a renovation of a former 12-story office tower into a 245-room hotel, new Dolly Parton Museum, and live music venue.
