We are off and running with our latest SoCal review in today’s TRUITT NEWS CONSTRUCTION REPORT. Let’s see WHO is building WHAT, WHERE:

👷 Swinerton is building the new 3-story, 70,000 sq ft, Shiley Integrative STEM Facility at the University of San Diego that should be ready Fall 2027. NOTE: this is being paid for by a $75m lead gift from Darlene Marcos Shiley, the largest gift in the school’s history.

👷 McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is working on a new 3-story, $117m, 100,000+ sq ft, Student Services Building at San Bernadino Valley College scheduled to finish spring of 2027.

👷 Bernards recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of their Hilda L. Solis Community Park project in El Monte for the County of Los Angeles.

👷 BNBuilders is working on putting up the new 2-story, 21,977 sq ft, Laguna College of Art and Design Innovation Center. Way-to-go LPA Studio on design!

👷 MATT Construction broke ground on a project at Chaminade College Preparatory, CA in West Hills that will deliver new athletic facilities, a bridge and a new student services building. It’s going to be awesome!

👷 Gray West Construction just finished a 2,984 sq ft LensCrafters build-out at Mission Valley Center in San Diego.

👷 Del Amo Construction has completed the new 11,300 sq ft Monsignor Eugene Gilb Welcome Center at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Rancho Palos Verdes for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

👷 Erickson-Hall Construction Co. has topped out their Rancho Starbuck Intermediate School project.

👷 KDC Construction recently completed a Super King Markets grocery in Torrance, CA.

👷 Neff Construction, Inc. is making progress on their Nicolas Valley Elementary School project for the Temecula Valley USD.

👷 Morley Builders finished the 46,369 sq ft campus of Together California‘s Village for Brothers & Sisters in Palmdale.

👷 Escondido-based Eleven Western Builders, Inc. finished up a new Habit Burger & Grill all the way up in Meridian, ID.
👷 C.W. Driver Companies has broken ground on The Holiday Center at Campbell Hall.

👷 Uprite Construction Corporation is starting on the 295,071 sq ft Rio Del Oro Business Park in Rancho Cordova.

👀 CONGRATS: Brea’s KPRS Construction Services, Inc. has opened a new office in San Diego.
