👷 Clancy & Theys Construction Company recently completed the new $25m, 40,392 sq ft, Colin G. and Nancy N. Campbell Archaeology Center at The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
👷 Beverly-Grant, Inc. is working on the new $6.3 Parish Hall at St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Arden, NC.
👷 Charleston’s Hill Construction is building the new, $12.4m, Fire Station 23 on John’s Island. It will be finished around the end of the year. Great job by Liollio Architecture.
👷 Wilmington’s Monteith Construction Corp. topped out their Weathers Creek High School project in Troutman, NC.
👷 C. Herman Construction, LLC has started their first project in Winston-Salem, a 286-unit multi-family project called The Byrum.
👷Charlotte-based Benco Construction has the new 92,585 sq ft / 720-unit Go Store It Self-Storage open in Charlottesville, VA and is working on another one in Franklin, TN.
👷 Rodgers Builders, Inc. completed the new Alumni Hall at Wake Forest University
👷 Edifice Construction topped out their 22,000 sq ft Fire Station No. 6 project for the Town of Wake Forest, NC & Wake Forest Fire Department.
👷 Lennon Construction Company is in the process of building out a great restaurant space for the upcoming Fonda Fina in Charleston. Johnny Curiel and Kasie Curiel are going to have another hit on their hands.
👷 Cary, NC’s Bobbitt recently completed a new 21,500 sq ft retail center in Smithfield.
👷 Tons going on in Charleston. Trident Construction is handling the big expansion project for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston, doubling the size of their facility near the Medical University of South Carolina‘s Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital. Palmetto Concrete Group, LLC is part of that project.
👷 Cooper Construction Company, Inc. is really getting things going on their Fruitland Baptist Church Fellowship Hall project in Hendersonville.
👷 Goldsboro, NC’s Daniels & Daniels Construction Company recently broke ground on the new Transportation Facility for Lee County Schools.
👷 Harbor Contracting is working on the their Christ Church Anglican project.
👀 CONGRATS: Frampton Construction CEO, J. Chad Frampton, on receiving the 2026 Groundbreakers Award from the GroundBreakers of South Carolina.
