Waterline Tower Is Now Open!

The 74-story building has officially opened its doors in downtown Austin and, just like that, the Lone Star State has another landmark.

Incredible location with office, residences, retail and restaurant space right where Lady Bird Lake & Waller Creek meet.

The JP Morgan Chase Building in Houston had been the state’s tallest building for the past 43 years.

My guess is it does not take that long again before someone goes taller.

Can’t wait to see what’s next.
