Cool New Project Coming Along in Downtown

I love seeing things get built.

There is a huge, $2b+ mixed-used project coming together in downtown Jacksonville, FL known as Pearl Square.

Covering 9+ city blocks, it will be a walkable neighborhood including residential, retail (including a new Publix), a 109-room boutique hotel, restaurants, parks & public spaces, etc.

At completion, it is planned to have over 1,250 residential units and 200,000 square feet of commercial space.

It is going to be awesome!
