👷 New Orleans’ Gibbs Construction is working on a major redevelopment of the 60-year old Clearview Mall into Clearview City Center, an awesome $100m, mixed-use project including new restaurants & retail. Office, medical space and residential also have been developed or are in future plans.
👷 Shreve Land Constructors, LLC has started work on their Mid-City Senior Cottages project in Lake Charles.
👷 Baton Rouge-based MAPP, LLC recently completed a 175,000 sq ft project for John Paul Mitchell Systems.
👷 Hand Construction, LLC is making a lot of headway on their expansion project at Specialists Hospital in Shreveport.
👷 Ryan Gootee General Contractors, LLC is working on the new home of the Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity House at Louisiana State University.
👷Birmingham’s Morris-Shea Bridge Company, Inc. is installing deep foundation systems for the new $13b Commonwealth LNG export terminal in Cameron, LA.
👷 Broadmoor, LLC finished The Washington School for Jefferson Parish Schools just in time for kids to get back to it. Great work!
👷 LEMOINE is the Construction Manager at Risk on the new Roland Bourne, Sr Memorial Library in Edgard, LA.
👷 Arkel Constructors is building the new John H. Carter Customer Impact Center for John H. Carter Company, Inc. in Gonzales.
👷 Woodward Design+Build is working on a great mixed-use project on the site of the former 350,000 sq ft Mercy Hospital in New Orleans – dormant since Hurricane Katrina. Demo is underway now and it is going to be fantastic!
👷 DonahueFavret Contractors, Inc. just delivered the new 8,500 sq ft Boys & Girls Club of Metro Louisiana in Covington.
👷Cycle Construction Company, LLC is working on creating a new pedestrian-only corridor at Tulane University between Newcomb Quad and the Berger Family Lawn.
👷 Kent Design Build, Inc. is working putting together the new 37,000 sq ft Ross Downing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Hammond, LA.
