🤩 HIGH-FIVE: our friends (and TRUITT NEWS RADIO alums) at Trailborn Hotels & Resorts on the recent opening of their Mendocino, CA property. This is a fantastic brand you need to put on your travel list. I really like what they are doing.

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Bham Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux group for being named 2026 Franchise of the Year at the Walk-Ons Annual Conference down in Fort Lauderdale. Love the one in Hoover at Stadium Trace Village. Excited for the new one coming up in downtown Homewood. Need to try out Trussville.

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: City Of Fairhope on being included on WorldAtlas’s list of “10 Stress-Free Southern Towns for a Weekend Retreat” list. If you have not been, you need to go. You will like it a lot.

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: ZoZo’s Kitchen on starting build-out for their next location, this one will be in Hoover. Love to see them growing that concept.

🤩HIGH-FIVE: TRUITT NEWS RADIO alum and Southpace Properties commercial real-estate super-broker Stephanie Hill on working with GENREV Properties’ Tim Gully to get The New York Butcher Shoppe headed to fast-growing Madison, AL’s Town Madison.
