π° A scrapyard along the banks of the Cumberland River in Nashville just sold for $245,000,000. Canβt wait to see what that becomes over the next several years.
π¦ The Cook Museum of Natural Sciences ποΈ is about to undergo a big transformation in downtown Decatur, AL, almost doubling in size to about 120,000 square feet. A hotel π¨ will be built next door along with a 500-space parking deck π.
