πŸ’° A scrapyard along the banks of the Cumberland River in Nashville just sold for $245,000,000. Can’t wait to see what that becomes over the next several years.
πŸ¦‹ The Cook Museum of Natural Sciences πŸ›οΈ is about to undergo a big transformation in downtown Decatur, AL, almost doubling in size to about 120,000 square feet. A hotel 🏨 will be built next door along with a 500-space parking deck πŸš—.
