🍔 CONGRATS to show alum Jason Owenby and the Jack Brown’s Beer & Burgers team on the recent opening of their second location in Nashville, this one in the Greenhills area.
🏘️ Stadium Trace Village in Hoover is on a tear, adding both Urban Cookhouse and Battle Republic 🥊 to their line-up. Both are going next to Hero. There was also word the new medical complex 🏥 will begin construction there soon.
💰 A scrapyard along the banks of the Cumberland River in Nashville just sold for $245,000,000. Can’t wait to see what that becomes over the next several years.
🦋 The Cook Museum of Natural Sciences 🏛️ is about to undergo a big transformation in downtown Decatur, AL, almost doubling in size to about 120,000 square feet. A hotel 🏨 will be built next door along with a 500-space parking deck 🚗.
