👷 Bham-based Dunn Building Company LLC is nearing completion of the new 519,000 sq ft facility for Hwashin Georgia Corporation in Dublin, GA.
👷 Charlotte’s Clancy & Theys Construction Company is nearing the completion of a new, $65m, 3,500 seat, 102,000 sq ft, baseball stadium for the Wilson Warbirds in a joint venture with Barton Malow. Opening this April. Second & Third Phase Construction will add new apartments, townhomes and condos along with over 100,000 sq ft of retail space. Great project!
👷 Johnson-Laux Construction celebrated the ribbon-cutting at the New Hampstead West Public Safety Complex in Savannah, GA.
👷 Bham’s DarkHorse Construction, LLC is doing a sanitary sewer improvement project for the City of Brilliant, AL.
👷 Miami’s MCM is doing a design-build project for the roadway & seawall improvements along Brickell Bay Drive that will improve access for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists while strengthening coastal resilience.
👷 Rives Construction completed the new High Dive listening lounge, a first of its kind in the Bham area, as part as the Lakeview Marina project.
👷 Arkel Constructors completed the new All-Star Kia project in Baton Rouge, LA.
👷 In Lawrenceville, GA, Kevin Price Construction completed work on the St. Lawrence Catholic Church Chapel Addition.
👷 Falcon Construction is almost done with the new ModWash in Davenport, FL.
👷 Murfreesboro-based Southern Building Group, Inc. finished the Livano Knoxville multi-family job consisting of 348 units across two, 5-story buildings, connected with a sky-bridge.
👷 Ringgold, GA-based Tyson & Associates Construction Company, Inc. completed the new 40,000 sq ft Messianic Torah Observant Israel Worship Center in Cleveland, TN.
👷 James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Company, Inc. has broken ground on a 2-story, 43,000 sq ft project for Henderson County, North Carolina/UNC Health Pardee in Hendersonville, NC. LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. is doing the design work on the project.
👷 In South Carolina, Robins & Morton has broken ground on the 5-story, 200,000 sq ft, Spartanburg Joint Government Center project.
