👷 Louisville’s Kelley Construction, Inc. completed the Med Center Health High Street Tower in Bowling Green, KY.
👷 Ft. Mitchell, KY-based Paul Hemmer Company is doing a 74,855 sq ft, addition at the Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH.
👷 Cincinnati Commercial Contracting is doing a 47,000+ interior project at Interstate Utility Trailer and has it on track for a December 2026 finish.
👷 Josh Marrillia and the Marrillia Design and Construction team on delivering the new, $24m, 49,342 sq ft, Diane L. Porter Preschool in Louisville for Jefferson County Public Schools.
👷 Independence Construction continues making progress on the Gateway North project at John Carroll University.
👷 Tonn and Blank Construction has topped out their Franciscan Health Munster Expansion project.
👷 Kort Builders, Inc. recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of their 61,154 sq ft, Business Furniture + Co HQ project, in Noblesville, IN.
👷 Bloomington’s Weddle Bros. Construction Companies was the Construction Manager on the new $162m Central Utility Plant job for Indiana University Health‘s new downtown hospital.
👷 Miranda Construction finished the new 4,086 sq ft L&N Federal Credit Union location in Elizabethtown, KY.
👷 Cincinnati’s HGC Construction completed their 5-story, $40m, Blume on 16th near The Ohio State University for Up Campus Student Living.
👷 Messer Construction Co. is working on the $115m University of Kentucky Sports Center Garage (adding 1,200 spaces) and Johnson Center expansion (adding 50,000 sq ft) project with completion expected late this year.
👷 Buckner, KY-based East & Westbrook Construction Co., Inc. is making great progress at First Church in Northern Kentucky.
👷 Marous Brothers Construction completed the $5.7m, 72,800 sq ft, renovation project for Beechmont Country Club in Warnersville, OH, serving as Construction Manager on that job.
