🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Mike Rogers and the team at Rogers & Willard, Inc. on the renovation of the almost 200-year old Chichizola House in Mobile. So cool! Can’t wait to see it when it is completed.

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Bill Davis at Rogers & Willard, Inc. on his recent promotion to Chief Operating Officer.

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: City of Bay Minette and everyone there. What has always been a nice, sleepy little town is really coming alive all at once. A new Big Mike’s Steakhouse in downtown is under construction, a new Cobblestone Hotels location in downtown is under construction, renovation projects on both sides of the Baldwin County Courthouse, a new District Attorney’s office is being built across from the courthouse, and the huge new Novelis plant is getting closer to opening by the day. Wow!

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Retail Strategies‘ Director of Real Estate, Elliott Cook, on serving as the moderator at the recent Retail Live! event in Denver. Way to represent The ‘Ham! Great work.

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: The Black Crowes, one of my favorite bands, for getting their new album, ‘A Pound of Feathers’, ready to come out March 13th. Hope to catch them at Birmingham’s Coca-Cola Amphitheater this summer!

🤩 HIGH-FIVE: Shepard Ager and Jordan W. with IronVest Partners on selling the office/warehouse at 3722 3rd Ave South in Birmingham. Hope something cool is going in!
