👷 Pell City’s Goodgame Company, Inc is building the new corporate office building in Andalusia, AL for Conecuh Sausage, as part of their company’s new 107,000 square foot processing facility.
👷 Bham-based Robins & Morton started work on the new 69,593 square foot Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital expansion in Oklahoma City.
👷 Evans Contracting Group is starting on the new AC Hotels by Marriott in downtown Knoxville, TN.
👷 Tampa’s RAM General Contracting & Development, Inc. just completed the new Publix Super Markets at The Village at Foley Crossroads for Bham’s Blackwater Real Estate, LLC.
👷 The Publix Super Markets in Meridianville, AL’s Flint Crossing Market Place development has reopened after a total demo & rebuild by Washington, NC-based WIMCO Corp.
👷 Down in Jacksonville, FL, Auld & White Constructors is working on the new Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church.
👷 Pensacola’s Greenhut Construction Company, Inc. recently finished up the Leonardo MRO Hangar at Whiting Aviation Park in Milton, FL.
👷 The Gibbs Construction/VPG CONSTRUCTION joint-venture is finishing up the new Living Learning Center for Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans and it will be ready for students this August.
👷 C & C Masonry Inc. was part of the new Lake Wilmore Recreation Center team that recently opened its doors in Auburn, AL.
👷Headley Construction is working on a new pickleball court addition for the City of Newnan, GA. They did the original 16 courts a few years ago but will be adding 6 more to the complex.
👷 Fite Building Company is building a new hub for Cadence Bank in Huntsville including a new branch and office space. Hendon Huckestein Architects did the design work on the project.
👷 BL Harbert International LLC continues work bringing to life a new U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi. The $372,000,000 project is expected to be delivered next year.
👷 Nashville’s Dowdle Construction Group, LLC recently completed work on the new Federales Tacos & Tequila and it is now open. Cool note: it has a 1,200 square foot retractable roof for flexible dining space.
👷 Fortune-Johnson LLC is kicking off the 2801 S Tyron project that will bring a new 263-unit, mixed use project to life in Charlotte’s South End.
📅 JUNE 25: Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is hosting a trade partner outreach event for their upcoming HCA Methodist Hospital project in San Antonio at the Norris Conference Center – ELM Conference Room.
