👷 Brookstone Construction has broken ground on the 157,616 sq ft, Southbelt 35 Logistics Park in Houston for Junction Commercial Real Estate.

👷 ANDRES Construction Services has started work on the new Leland South Congress project, a 7-story mixed-use project with 265 condos and 22,000 sq ft of retail space in Austin.

👷 Bham-based Hoar Construction recently completed their 44,469 sq ft, $16.9, Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano project.

👷 O’Donnell/Snider Construction broke ground on J.D. Silva & Associates’ new 3-story, 42,400 sq ft HQ in Pearland.

👷 Paradigm Construction is working on an expansion project for Real Life Church in Tomball.

👷 Scott + Reid General Contractors, Inc. recently completed a 90,000 sq ft renovation/expansion project in Spring, TX for Oak Ridge Baptist Church.

👷 K2 Construction has topped out the new 23,500 sq ft prefabrication/warehouse facility for Walker Engineering in Irving.

👷 Vaughn Construction delivered the new 21,000 sq ft, Brazos County Medical Examiner’s Office.

👷 Tri-Tex Construction, Inc. has a new 3,000 sq ft, law office, tenant improvement job for Simon Property Group in Garland.

👷 Anchor Construction is building a new $19m, 153-key, 6-story, AC Hotel CityCentre in Houston for PA Hospitality.

👷 READY Construction finished up a 30,000 sq ft. multi-tenant, tilt-wall project at Fort Buckner Plaza for Seitz Group in McKinney.

👷 Dunhill Construction has been awarded the new Harris County Sheriff’s Office Patrol District 6 Expansion project.

👷 Joeris General Contractors, LLC has started work on a new 56,000 sq ft expansion on the UT Education and Research Center in Laredo.

👷 Bham’s Robins & Morton continues work on the Terrell State Hospital project which is scheduled for completion late 2027.
