👷 Waltbillig & Hood | General Contractors, LLC is putting up the new Homewood Suites by Hilton/Tru by Hilton dual-branded property in Naples.

👷 Skanska is building Marieb Hall South at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, a $117m, 4-story, 158,000 sq ft healthcare building, which will be the largest academic building on campus when completed.

👷 Robins & Morton continues progress on their $560m+ BayCare Hospital Manatee project in Brandenton.

👷 Culpepper Construction Company, Inc. topped out their 908 Chapter House project at FSU’s College Town Entertainment District mixed-project in Tallahassee.

👷 WELBRO Building Corporation broke ground on the new 22,500 sq ft Hope & Help Center of Central Florida healthcare facility on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando.

👷 Childers Construction Company is making progress on their Griffin Middle School gymnasium project for Leon County Schools.

👷 Bay Area Building Solutions is turning an old storage area into an Immersive Theater on the 1st Floor of The Florida Holocaust Museum in St. Petersburg. Great work by ARC3 Architecture, Inc. on the design.

👷 CPPI broke ground on the $19.4m, 31,000+ sq ft, College of Central Criminal Justice Institute in Ocala earlier this month.

👷 Jr. Davis Construction Company, Inc. officially started work on the $36m, 1.6-mile Cross Prairie Parkway Connector in southern Osceola County.

👷 Dominguez Design-Build, Inc. has been awarded the Restoration/Upgrade of the Johnson Beach Facility Restrooms at Gulf Islands National Seashore in Perdido Key for the National Park Service.

👷 Hernandez Construction & Development is finishing up their 1,192-unit CubeSmart self storage facility in Opa-locka.

👷 In Fort Walton Beach, C-Sharpe Co, LLC is working on the Emerald Isles condo building repairing damage from Hurricane Isaias.
