👷 Turner Construction Company is getting things started on the $500m Westcourt Orlando mixed-use development on Church Street directly north of the Kia Center.
👷 Bear General Contractors completed the Zam’s Bowls + Burritos on Brent Lane in Pensacola. This is the first U.S. restaurant for the Australia-based restaurant group.
👷 The KD Construction of Florida, LLC. team is working on 800 Medical Tower, a new 14-story building in the heart of Miami’s Health District.
👷 Moss is working on the 66-story, $237m Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Residences on Brickell Key in Miami. Just a great looking project that is expected to be completed late 2030.
👷 Kast Construction is building a new 3-story, 35,000 sq ft, building on the Florida International University Biscayne Bay Campus in Miami.
👷 VMG CONSTRUCTION INC. is making progress on their Hogan Spring Glen Elementary project in Jacksonville as part of the Batson-Cook Construction team.
👷 LEMA Construction recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the new Wilton Simpson Science and Innovation Center at Pasco-Hernando State College in Dade City.
👷 J. O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. has topped out their Progressive Office project in Clearwater.
👷 Midway-based Ajax Building Company topped out their Student Services Building at the University of North Florida.
👷 Robins & Morton celebrated the ribbon-cutting of two great projects for AdventHealth, the AdventHealth Treat Oaks ER in St. Augustine and the Advent Health Fruitland Park ER in Central Florida.
👷 Hanto + Clarke General Contractors, LLC is starting an expansion project for Ascension Sacred Heart in Pensacola.
👷 Construction Services Inc. of Tampa broke ground on the First Baptist Church Riverview’s new Ministry Center. Great project they are putting together there.
👷 Ortega Construction Company has started work on 7200 Collins, an 11-story, 222-unit, upscale residential project in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood.
👷 Tallahassee’s Sperry Construction is building the new HQ for B & T Fencing, Inc. in Panama City.
