👷 Elkridge, MD-based Hamel Builders completed the new athletic facility for Christ Covenant School in Winterville, NC.

👷 HBW Construction recently completed the great-looking, new, 4,800 sq ft, Bethesda, MD showroom for Visual Comfort & Co.

👷 Chesapeake Contracting Group is starting up work on the new, 39,000 sq ft, Bayside Kia Waldorf dealership designed by Penney Design Group, LLC.

👷 Oak Contracting, LLC is beginning work on the 69,000 sq ft renovation project of the Faulkner Ridge Early Childhood Center for the Howard County Public School System.

👷 Doyle Construction Company has been awarded the new, 20,000 sq ft, Prince William County Fire and Rescue Station #27. Great design by BKV Group.

👷 Washington, DC-based SMOOT CONSTRUCTION has their DC Infrastructure Academy Training Center at Springarn High School heading toward the finish line. Great project!

👷 Grunley Construction Company, Inc.is working on the $50.9m Fair Lakes Adaptive Re-use project, turning two six-story buildings into a 189-unit, 55+ Active Adult Community in central Fairfax County.

👷 Donohoe Construction Company is making great progress on The Miradoro at 2715 Penn in the Georgetown area of DC, a great looking residential project designed by CORE architecture + design. It will be ready late this year.

👷 This is awesome! Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) has broken ground on the new 217,000 sq ft, 6-story, Maryland Supreme Court Building in Annapolis designed by Fentress Studios, a Populous Company. If you have never been to Annapolis, go.

👷 Harkins Builders, Inc. is making progress on their Beacon Landing project, which will deliver a 4-story, 54-unit affordable housing project in Fairfax, VA.

👷 HESS Construction is working on the North East Middle & High School for Cecil County Public Schools in North East, MD that is set to open in 2027.

👷 Bognet Construction just finished up the new office for Evermay Wealth Management on Fairfax Drive in Arlington, VA.

👷 Rockville, MD’s James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS) has slid down into downtown Charleston, SC and is working on the very-cool, 50-room, Hotel Volant, opening summer 2027.
