👷 COVER PIC: Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is making strides on a new 8-story, 228,735 sq ft, $190,000,000, Biomedical Research and Psychology Building for the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Should finish up early 2027.

👷 Nashville’s T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. is building a 40,000 sq ft location for Thompson Machinery Sales & Service Center on an 18-acre site in Cookeville, TN.

👷 Over in GA, Grahl Construction, LLC has finished the 220,000 sq ft Clarke Middle School in Athens for the Clark County School District.

👷 Hoar Construction is working on the new Smith County Courthouse in downtown Tyler, TX.

👷 Biloxi-based Starks Contracting Co. is working on a new 40,657 sq ft Public Works Facility for the City of Ocean Springs, MS. Apex Electric is part of that team. Should be done Oct 2026-ish.

👷 Malouf Construction LLC is replacing a bridge that spans the Sunflower River in Mississippi.

👷Auburn, AL’s Bailey-Harris Construction Co. Inc. has broken ground at Tuskegee University on their new Center for Genomics and Health Disparity Research.

👷 Butler Construction Company LLC has the Stoner Park outdoor skating rink in Huntsville almost to the finish line.

👷 MJ Harris Construction Services, LLC has been awarded the new Student Amenities Building project for Alabama A&M University in Huntsville.

👷Myrick Gurosky & Associates has completed the new 2,300-seat worship center renovation project for Lakes Church in Lakeland, FL.

👷 Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, also, recently completed the new Morgan-Bailey Hall at Berry College in Rome, GA.

👷 Doster Construction Company has a tower crane up in the Green Hills section of Nashville for their new 2121 Crestmoor project.

👷 Ely Concrete Construction is half-way done on stadium seating portion at the new Chattanooga Lookouts Stadium.
