👷 Benco Construction is building the new 6-building, 234-unit Madison Seagrass multi-family project in St. John’s County near downtown St. Augustine.
👷 Gray Construction Services, Inc. recently finished a new dining room remodel at Summers Elementary for Columbia County Schools.
👷 Edge Construction completed the new 10,860 Freestanding Emergency Department in Homestead, FL for HCA Florida Kendall Hospital
👷 Springer Voss Construction has completed their OK Carz ground-up build project in Kissimmee, FL.
👷 Case Contracting Company recently celebrated the grand opening of their ALDI USA Store #631 in Lakeland, FL.
👷 Johnson-Laux Construction has completed the Sheltair Aviation FBO, Hangars & Fuel Farm at SRQ Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
👷 Opelika, AL-based Scott Bridge Company Inc. is working on the $350m, Dupont Bridge Replacement Project in Panama City, FL. Should be finished in 2030.
👷 Craft Construction Company, LLC has finished their 20,345 sq ft renovation & rebuild at Card Sound Golf Club‘s clubhouse within the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo.
👷 CAMCON Group has broken ground on the new mixed-use project in Miami Beach, which will replace an existing Wells Fargo Branch for a 4-story, 34,000 sq ft structure featuring a Whole Foods and a new Wells Fargo Branch with residential units above.
👷 Robins & Morton have completed their project for HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, including it’s 15,898 sq ft third floor renovation.
👷 Robins & Morton has, also, just started work on the new $670m Memorial Regional Hospital Surgical and Patient Bed Tower in Hollywood, FL.
👷 Schmid Construction is working on a new location for White Castle in Kissimmee.
👷 Muscle Shoals, AL-based Bigbee Steel Buildings, Inc. is finishing up the new Piggly Wiggly in Jay, FL.
👷 Cullison-Wright Construction is starting a new 14,140 sq ft, hybrid emergency and urgent care center in Sumter County, FL for UF Health, Intuitive Health and Boldt.

👀 Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC will be leading the $398.5m renovation of the University of Florida‘s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium set to begin in 2027.
